WWE NXT UK REPORT: TONI AND RHEA HAVE WORDS, DUNNE VS WOLFGANG, AND MORE

We begin with a graphic In Memory of Pedro Morales.

We are in Phoenix, Arizona and your announcers are Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness.

NXT UK Women’s Champion Toni Storm makes her way to the ring.

Toni mentions that she won the Mae Young Classic and she didn’t think it would be better, but she went to NXT UK Takeover and she won the title. Toni says she knew that as soon as she won, Rhea Ripley would be coming after her rematch. She is fine with that, but she does not like the way that Rhea does it. Toni calls Rhea a bully. Toni says she will be a fighting champion and she does mean it. Toni says she has already kicked Rhea Ripley’s ass and she will kick her ass again.

Rhea Ripley’s music plays and she makes her way to the stage.

Rhea says at Takeover Blackpool, you got lucky. Rhea says she is the first ever NXT UK Women’s Champion. Rhea says she is sick and tired of everybody comparing her to Toni when they should be comparing Toni to her. Rhea says she hates Toni Storm. She hates her stupid hair. She hates her stupid face. She hates that Toni has her championship.

Rhea says she has her rematch.

Toni says that is nice, but don’t you think we’ve talked enough.

Toni with a double leg take down and Toni with punches to Rhea. Toni with more forearms to Ripley and Rhea goes to the floor.

Rhea tells Toni she will not have her championship much longer.

We go to commercial.

Match Number One: Jordan Devlin versus Noam Dar

They lock up and Devlin with a wrist lock and Dar with a reversal. Devlin with a back drop and he holds on to the wrist. Dar with a reversal and hip lock take down and he holds on to the wrist lock. Dar with a side head lock. Dar avoids Devlin and Devlin trips over Dar and falls to the mat. Dar with a head butt to the midsection and then he spins Devlin around and gets a near fall with a back slide.

Dar continues to work on the arm and he sends Devlin to the mat and gets a near fall. Devlin kicks Dar away and Devlin with a uranage followed by a moonsault for a near fall. Devlin with a double sledge to the back and then he chokes Dar in the ropes. Dar with a kick and forearm but Devlin chokes Dar in the corner. Devlin with a shoulder in the corner and then he hits a back breaker over the shoulder. Dar wit forearms and a kick but Devlin with a forearm to knock Dar back to the mat. Devlin with a European uppercut.

Devlin with kicks to the midsection and the referee checks on Dar. Dar blocks a kick and connects with forearms. Devlin with a kick to the midsection. Devlin with another kick to the chest and he stands on Dar’s neck. Dar with a shoulder and kick and he tries for a suplex but Devlin hits a suplex first and gets a near fall. Devlin stretches Dar. Dar with forearms but Devlin with punches. Dar with an Irish whip and Devlin goes for a cross body off the turnbuckles but Dar moves and Devlin hits the mat.

Devlin with an elbow and he goes to the turnbuckles but Dar kicks Devlin in the leg to knock him off the turnbuckles. Dar with a double thrust and European uppercut. Dar with a running forearm into the corner. Dar with a Northern Light suplex for a near fall. Dar misses a kick and Devlin goes for an enzuigiri and Dar catches the leg and applies an ankle lock. Devlin with punches from the arpon followed by a slingshot cutter for a near fall.

Dar sends Devlin to the apron and Dar kicks Devlin in the leg and Devlin hits the apron before going to the floor. Dar rolls to the floor and he misses a kick and kicks the ring steps. Dar holds his ankle and the referee checks on Dar. Devlin stomps on the ankle and pulls at the ankle. Devlin pulls Dar to the ring steps and he sets to stomp on the foot on the ring steps.

Travis Banks makes his way to ringside and Dar pulls Devlin face first onto the ring steps. Devlin gets back into the ring and Dar struggles to get back into the ring but makes it in before the ten count. Devlin with a rollup and he uses the ropes but Banks pushes Devlin off the ropes. Devlin with an enzuigiri to knock Banks off the apron and Dar with a rollup for the three count.

Winner: Noam Dar

After the match, Devlin attacks Dar and pulls him up for a Saito suplex.

Banks pulls Devlin to the floor and Banks with forearms to Devlin. Banks with forearms and they fight to the back.

We go to commercial.

We are back and in two weeks, Kassius Ohno faces WALTER.

Next week, Rhea Ripley gets her rematch against Toni Storm for the NXT UK Women’s Championship.

Match Number Two: Jinny versus Mia Yim

They lock up and Jinny with a side head lock and take down. Jinny traps the arm and Mia with a head scissors. Jinny with an escape and she works on the legs and goes for a front face lock. Mia with a front face lock. Jinny with a wrist lock and she takes Mia to the mat and applies an arm bar. Jinny works on the wrist and runs her nails along the bicep. Mia with a side head lock.

Jinny with punches and and Mia with a shoulder tackle for a near fall. Mia gets a near fall with a rollup. Mia with another rollup for a near fall. Mia with forearms but she runs into a boot from Jinny. Jinny kicks Mia away and hits a head scissors but Mia with a cartwheel to land on her feet. Jinny with a forearm and punches to the back. Mia with a double leg take down and punches. Mia goes for a cross arm breaker but Jinny locks her hands.

Jinny gets her foot on the ropes to break the hold. Jinny with a flatliner into the turnbuckles and Jinny gets a near fall. Jinny with punches and she gets a near fall but Mia bridges to escape. Jinny with a kick to the back and she sends Mia face first into the mat. Jinny slaps Mia and gets a near fall. Jinny with an axe kick to the back for a near fall. Jinny with a reverse chin lock. Mia with punches but Jinny with a forearm. Jinny slaps Mia again and Jinny slides through into a seated rocking chair. Jinny with kicks to the back but Mia gets to the ropes. Jinny with forearms after releasing the hold. Jinny runs into a boot from Mia. Mia with a tarantula in the ropes and then she hits a running neck breaker. Mia blocks a punch and connects with forearms. Mia with a clothesline and round kick to the chest. Mia with a boot to the chest. Mia with chops and punches in the corner. Mia with a boot to the head and then Mia with a cannonball. Mia gets a near fall. Mia with a kick.

Jinny blocks a kick and sends Mia into her knee. Jinny charges at Mia but Mia with a German into the turnbuckles. Jinny rolls to the floor. Mia sends Jinny back into the ring. Jinny kicks Mia and then she covers Mia and has her feet on the ropes for the three count.

Winner: Jinny

Next week Mark Coffey and Joe Coffey will face Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster.

Match Number Three: Wolfgang versus Pete Dunne in a Non Title Match

Wolfgang throws his jacket at Dunne as the bell rings. They lock up and Wolfgang with a wrist lock. Dunne with forearms to the leg to try to get out of the hold. Dunne stands on Wolfgang’s foot and pushes him down. Dunne with a wrist lock and top wrist lock and take down. Dunne works on the wrist and Wolfgang goes to the floor to regroup.

Dunne approaches the corner as Wolfgang gets on the apron and he goes down the steps. Wolfgang with a punch as he returns to the ring. Wolfgang with kicks to Dunne. Wolfgang with an elbow to the top of the head. Wolfgang with a boot to the abdomen. Wolfgang with a rear chin lock. Wolfgang with a side head lock and Dunne with a clothesline.

Dunne with a wrist lock and Wolfgang with an Irish whip. Dunne with a boot and kick to the head. Dunne with a missile drop kick to the knee. Dunne has a kick blocked but Dunne with a punch and he rolls through and goes for the knee but Wolfgang gets to the ropes. Dunne kicks Wolfgang. Wolfgang sends Dunne over the top rope to the floor.

Wolfgang with a boot to the head and then he stomps on the chest. Woflgang puts Dunne over the apron and connects with a forearm. Dunne with a wrist and he stomps on the elbow when he puts it on the mat. Dunne pulls at the thumb and applies a body scissors. Wolfgang hot shots Dunne. Wolfgang gets a near fall. Dunne with a kick to the head and then he kicks Wolfgang in the leg. Wolfgang with a European uppercut in the corner and then he runs Dunne’s face across the top rope. Wolfgang misses a splash and Dunne with a snap German suplex.

Dunne with punches but Wolfgang with an Irish whip and Dunne flips over and hits an enzuigiri. Wolfgan with a German suplex but Dunne lands on his feet and he kicks Wolfgang in the back of the head. Dunne with an X Plex for a near fall. Dunne stomps on the head as he works on the wrist. Dunne with a triangle but Wolfgang gets a near fall when he gets Dunne’s shoulders on the mat. Wolfgang with a one arm buckle bbom followed by a jumping hip strike. Wolfgang with a fisherman’s reverse suplex for a near fall. Wolfgang goes up top and Dunne stops Wolfgang and hits a flying boot.

Dunne goes up top and sets for a superplex and hits it. The referee starts his count with both men down on the mat. Dunne stomps on the han and then he hits a round kick to the head. Dunne tries to pull at the fingers but Wolfgang with a forearm. Dunne with an enzuigiri. Wolfgang with a clothesline and then he hits a double knee gutbuster from a fireman’s carry. Wolfgang gets a near fall.

Wolfgang goes up top for a swanton but he misses when Dunne moves out of the way. Dunne with a cross arm breaker and he pulls at the fingers to force Wolfgang to tap out.

Winner: Pete Dunne
