Tickets for the 4/28 Rebellion PPV in Toronto at the Rebel Entertainment Complex will officially go on sale on 3/4.
Several Impact Wrestling deals are slated to expire on 3/1, including Caleb Konley and Kevin Matthews. In the case of Konley, he's already been moved to the alumni section of the Impact website, which is sort of insulting in my opinion.
For those who have asked, we know of no one within Impact who have received viewership numbers for Pursuit yet. As I noted on my Elite audio yesterday, it is in that company's best interest to find any other TV home ASAP.
Impact Wrestling will tape TV this weekend in Las Vegas from 2/15-2/17 at the Sam's Town Casino. If anyone is attending, we are seeking spoiler reports.
Scarlett Bordeaux will have her official in-ring debut for the company. The Reno Scum tag team have been hinting about an Impact return at this weekend's TV tapings as well.
Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champion Fenix is touch and go as to whether he will be able to perform at this weekend's tapings after being injured working for AAW in Texas over the weekend.
One thing Impact doesn't get enough credit for is their community outreach as they routinely reach out to different community and charity groups and have them involved in the local tapings. As we noted at the time, last October, they brought in the local Toys for Toys chapter in NYC to help promote them leading into the holiday season last year. Impact will be hosting a group of girl scouts at the Vegas tapings in order to promote their organization this weekend.
The One Night Only "New Beginnings" PPV is currently available on the GWN app. The top three matches on the show are Johnny Impact vs. Eli Drake, Rich Swann vs. Sami Callihan and Eddie Edwards vs. Moose in a Street Fight.
