In regard to stories making the rounds that Major League Wrestling is in the midst of a bidding war to sign CMLL star Dragon Lee, there is nothing to that.
While MLW was told they were free to continue to book CMLL-associated talents after Rush chose to sign with Ring of Honor, MLW's Court Bauer has gone the route that they don't want to be in a position that anyone related to CMLL won't be booked going forward in order to prevent MLW from being in a situation where they could advertise or invest in a talent only to have the CMLL relationship with ROH come back to bite them in the rear.
Going forward, MLW will be using lucha talents who are independent or associated with AAA. There has been no concerted effort to sign Dragon Lee and he isn't booked going forward.
