On Friday night, Evolve held Evolve 119 in Brooklyn, New York. Here are the results from the show.
Match Number One: Joe Gacy defeated Colby Corino with a sit out power bomb.
Match Number Two: The Skulk (Adrian Alanis and Leon Ruff) defeated Milk Chocolate (Brandon Watts and Randy Summers), Lotus (Juntai and Gavin Queen), and The Beaver Boys (John Silver and Alex Reynolds) in a Tag Team Scramble Match to earn an Evolve Tag Championship Match later in the show when Ruff pinned Summers with a guillotine after a burning hammer from Alanis.
Match Number Three: Priscilla Kelly defeated Trish Adora with Osteoperosis in a Shine Showcase Match.
Match Number Four: Anthony Henry defeated Curt Stallion with a power bomb.
Match Number Five: Fabian Aichner defeated Darby Allin with a power bomb pulling Allin off the turnbuckles and his feet on the ropes.
After the match, Allin attacks Aichner and wants Aichner to come back to the ring but Aichner refuses.
Match Number Six: Liam Gray defeated Cyrus Satin with a frog splash
Match Number Seven: The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) defeated The Skulk (Adrian Alanis and Leon Ruff) to retain the Evolve Tag Team Championships after Angelo Dawkins speared Adrian Alanis.
Match Number Eight: WWN Champion JD Drake defeated Eddie Kingston in a No Disqualification Match to retain the Championship after a cannonball and moonsault
Match Number Nine: AR Fox and Johnny Gargano defeated Josh Briggs and Austin Theory when Gargano made Briggs tap out to the GargaNo Escape.
After the match, Gargano addressed the crowd. He said that Evolve is his home and he thanked the crowd for making him feel special. He put over AR Fox. He also said that it didn’t feel the same coming through the curtain because the music didn’t sound right coming out. Johnny said that he wanted to go to the back to his old music, but he was attacked by Austin Theory. Theory ran Gargano into the ring post. Austin told Johnny to tell Hunter that he is taking Johnny’s spot in Phoenix.
