is there any explanations as to why Bobby Fish isn't back to defending the NXT Tag Titles with Kyle O'Reily?
He didn't win the belt with O'Reilly technically during this reign, only Roderick Strong did, so it would appear that NXT is trying to keep the belts and focus on that duo while Fish runs interference.
Does EC3 only own the EC3 part of his ring name or can he be called Ethan Carter the 3rd but doesn't choose to do so?
He owns the trademark to EC3 and that's how he is being marketed. Certainly they could use the longer name, but thus far, have chosen not to do so.
I am just curious as to streaming. How do you best suggest streaming WWE, Highspots, New Japan, etc.? I am just getting into it and there's a lot to figure out. What's the easiest way to do it - I don't want to stream from my phone, figure out the chromecast gimmick, buy a new Smart TV. How can I simply sit down and watch some freaking wrestling?
If you want to make it easy for yourself, WWE, Highspots Wrestling Network, WWN, Fite.tv, Powerbomb.TV, etc. can all be streamed via Roku devices to your TV. That's what I use for those platforms.
New Japan World, currently, is not on Roku. I use an Amazon Fire Stick to log into the New Japan World app (which is available there) and watch their content that way.

Why didn't WWE acknowledge the deaths of Dynamite Kid or Larry Hennig?
They did online and they mention Kid's passing on the WWE Network with a crawl but there were no mentions on Raw or Smackdown, which is what I am supposing you are talking about. My guess is that they didn't want to bring attention to them at the same time they are doing the Natalya angle. That's only speculation on my part, by the way. It would have been nice if they had paid tribute to them, especially Hennig since there was no controversy surrounding his relationship with the company and his Grandson works here.
Did I really hear Mike Johnson say on audio his favorite Raw guest host was the Muppets? What sort of man is he?
