Tommy Dreamer tweeted the following update on former WWE star Big Cass, who collapsed and went into a seizure just as House of Hardcore went to intermission last night:

He is doing well.
Cass was taken to the hospital via ambulance. He was coherent and speaking with HOH management by the time EMTs arrived to treat him.
Cass had been scheduled to appear in a segment with Joey Ryan last night. The Blue Meanie replaced Cass in the segment.
