Jeff Cobb defeated Punishment Martinez to win the ROH World Television title at tonight's TV taping in Las Vegas, Nevada tonight at the Orleans Arena.
Cobb, who debuted for the company several months back, has been expected to sign a deal here once his Lucha Underground deal non-compete expires. PWInsider.com sources have confirmed that Cobb intends to make ROH and New Japan his priorities in 2019 as the two promotions work together on scheduling dates.
