I know that Many people think that Vince McMahon will never retire. However with Triple H having more power now than anyone else has had since Vince took over from his father do you think that Vince could step aside sooner than we think?

In a word?  No.  WWE is his baby and his creation.  Now, could he spend some of his time with another venture, like the XFL?  Sure, but WWE is his domain and I don’t ever see him totally handing over the reins to anyone else.

Since transitioning into the role of backstage executive back in 2011, Triple H has changed the landscape of the WWE as he helped changed its recruiting policy by eschewing bodybuilders and swimsuit models in favor of indie wrestlers. In addition, he also was responsible for phasing out or demoting Kevin Dunn's people (i.e., John Laurinaitis, timekeeper Mark Yeaton, Teddy Long, Hornswoggle and Kelly Kelly) in favor of his own people. Thoughts?

Triple H has done a great job.  He has completely turned around the developmental system for WWE since taking over for Laurinaitis.  Obviously, he has brought in his people, as any good manager does.  As for the rest of the conspiracy stuff? I say relax already.  Sheesh.

Why is Lex Luger in a wheelchair?

He told WWE.com he injured his neck on a cross country flight, which caused paralysis.  Years of playing football and wrestling probably contributed to the situation.  You can read his WWE interview by clicking

I am a big fan of your site. This is the first time I am writing you. I see that there is more and more wrestling on TV which is great but they seem to be using the same top guys in all the new shoes. I was a big fan of LUCHA UNDERGROUND, not so much this season, and I was a big fan of pentagon, Fenix and even Sami Callihan. Those same three wrestlers a big time players on IMPACT as well as MLW. My question is why don't they try and use other guys and push them to the top? Seeing these three guys on three different shows water down their appeal.

There is only so much talent out there.  Pushing guys that are really good makes sense to me.  I have no problem with it.

Why does WWE change some acts, particularly tag teams, when they are brought up from NXT?  Carmella was brought up separate from Cass and Enzo.  Alexa Bliss was brought up without Blake and Murphy.  AoP dumped Ellering on their first night.  Sanity came up without Nikki.  What’s the purpose of developing an act, getting it over, then changing it right when it hits the main stage?

Simply put, NXT and WWE are two different shows.  What Triple H and his team book in NXT won’t necessarily stay in tact when the acts are called up.  Vince McMahon and his creative team then add their touches to the presentation.

Also, can we consider NXT a success as a development territory when the call ups who have seen the most success came from the indies then spent time in NXT, while most of those who were developed in NXT are either lower or mid card or have been released?

First off, of course it’s a success.  One could make the case that the two must successful call ups right now are Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman, and they are both home grown!
