Should we now consider Kane retired?

No, Kane has made it clear he believes he could still make WWE appearances going forward.  I don't think he'll ever tour full-time for the company again, but he really wasn't anyway, so what's the difference now?

Quick Question & Take on Brock Lesnar – My feeling with Brock is that he will lose the Universal Title at Summerslam (or the Raw after) and leave the WWE to compete in UFC. My take is that at 41 years old, this will be his last UFC run - probably anywhere between 1-3 years depending upon health and success. Once this occurs – I believe, smartly, he will end up back in WWE for the remainder of his mid to late 40s working a similar schedule to the one he has now. My questions is – do you generally see this being the belief among WWE leadership? Do you? Is the general understanding with WWE that he needs to do UFC now or never, and can come back to WWE once his MMA career comes to a close because of the longevity it allows. I never heard Brock have any real issues with WWE since his 2012 arrival. To be honest, I still can't believe this run tripled his 1st from 02-04.

Everything involving Brock is kept very close to the vest to the point that I believe perhaps a dozen people at most know what his true status is.  Everyone is expecting him to lose and leave at Summerslam, but everyone seemed to expect that at Wrestlemania and then at the Greatest Royal Rumble.  My feeling is that he could easily do UFC and WWE at the same time if he wanted.  WWE would allow it.  They have before.

What HAPPENED to the Authors of Pain?

The main roster creative team.

I read on Twitter that WWE just offered Tommy Dreamer a million dollars to shut down House of Hardcore?  Assuming that is true, why didn't Dreamer do it?

The story is not true and it's not even recent. WWE attempted to bring Dreamer back when they did the most recent brand split and based on what we heard at the time, offered him a big three-year deal that would have been worth well over the reported amount.  Dreamer wanted to continue to build his own company and didn't take the offer.  Obviously, if he had, he would have had to shut down HOH, but it didn't happen and the actual offer was made because the company was looking for veterans to add to the depth of their roster, which led to the return of names like Jinder Mahal.

I was wondering if you heard any feedback from anyone at the Hart family in regard to your thoughtful comments on the Owen Hart situation?

The only feedback I've heard is that someone in the family was upset that I wrote that some aspects of the situation that have become public shouldn't be in the public discourse and were a private matter.   Beyond that, zero, which is fine.  They shouldn't care what my opinion is.
