PWInsider.com has confirmed that Ring of Honor has signed Joey Matthews (aka Joey Mercury during his time in WWE) to a deal to work for the company both as a trainer at their training academy but also as a producer behind the scenes. Matthews has always had a great mind for the business so this is a big positive for the company.
For those who have asked about the Ring of Honor/New Japan G1 Supercard next year at Madison Square Garden, it will be a Saturday evening event. Ticketing details should be announced shortly as the pre-sale for Honorclub members will be 8/8.
