Dean Ambrose was at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida over the last several days, working on rehabilitating his triceps tear. There's no word whether he was in the ring or simply doing physical therapy, but we have confirmed he was at the PC.
Dean Ambrose has been out for some time following triceps surgery last year., When he first went under the knife, WWE stated he would be out nine months. June would make it six months into that process.
