Dean Ambrose was spotted in Birmingham, Alabama yesterday, so it's likely he's in town to check out the recovery progress of his triceps tear after undergoing surgery on it last December.
At the time, WWE stated Ambrose would be out nine months, although that obviously could have been some storyline fiction bleeding into the actual recovery time.
