WWE have applied to trademark "The Most Patriotic Show on Television," obviously referring to their annual Tribute to the Troops show, the latest of which will air tonight on the USA Network.
Meanwhile, WWE are opposing Mudder Technology, a company based in Hong Kong, who have applied for a U.S. Trademark for the word "wrestler" for use with cases for smartphones and other smart devices. WWE have requested for an extension to file an opposition.
