As previously reported on PWInsider.com, the lawsuit that Marcus Bagwell and Scott "Raven" Levy brought against WWE regardong allegedly owed royalties related to the WWE Network was dismissed yesterday by the United States District Court of Connecticut.
PWInsider.com has learned that there was no settlement as part of the dismissal of the lawsuit.
We are told that Bagwell and Levy agreed to drop the lawsuit after they have been deposed by WWE attorneys and agreed to the stipulation that they could not bring a new lawsuit against the company.
We are told that at no time did WWE attempt to settle the lawsuit.
