While WWE has been planning for the return of Roman Reigns with the idea that the former WWE champion would return to action by the 11/19 Survivor Series, we are hearing that over the weekend, there is a belief that Reigns may not be ready to return by the PPV.
While we are told Reigns is not hospitalized, there is a concern within the company that he might be rushing back too soon by 11/19 and may not be back in proper ring shape and ready to return to the company's touring schedule.
If Reigns is not able to work, we are told the current "Plan B" is to have Jason Jordan replace him on the Raw Team at the Survivor Series PPV and play up the idea that Kurt Angle is teaming with his storyline son for the first time ever.
Reigns has been out of action with an undisclosed viral infection that also caused Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas to miss several weeks of WWE action.
