Eddie Kingston announced today that he has departed Impact Wrestling as his contract officially expired.
On Twitter, Kingston commented:
I am no longer with @IMPACTWRESTLING and want to thank them for everything. I am now open for bookings @ EddieKingston74@gmail.com

Kingston was brought in to be part of the DCC group but once Anthem Media purchased the company and the creative regime changed, he was left out at sea without a boat, much less a paddle. He had been sparingly used, even though he lived in Florida and was a good hand and a great promo.
Kingston follows the recent departures of Robbie E, Low Ki and Davey Richards.
