United States District of Connecticut Judge Vanessa L. Bryan approved a motion from attorney Konstantine Kyros seeking an extension in the time allowed to respond to WWE and Vince McMahon's motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought against the company by dozens of former WWF/WWE performers as well as the sanctions WWE has requested be taken against Kyros [Elite subscribers, click here] and other attorneys representing the former talents.
They will now have until 3/15 to respond.
There is slated to be a conference in regard to the case on 1/24 in Hartford, CT before federal magistrate Judge Robert A. Richardson.
