Ladies Night Out 16

Las Vegas, NV 4/17/26

Title Match Network

Match 1: Lacey Lane vs. Vipress

I like this venue and production. There’s a follow camera that gets people coming from the back plus a whole set of stairs for people to enter down from. A couple of shoves and they get face to face. This is apparently a heated rematch from last year’s event and they’ve clearly been waiting for this. Lacey chases Vipress from the ring but eats and electric chair slam to the apron. She gets some receipts on earlier chops. Lane trios her down and hits a springboard legdrop! Vipress puts her hair up to drop bombs into her opponent. Lacey finally puts her opponent down with a heatseeker and gets the three. Good energy to start this show of SEVENTEEN matches.

Winner: Lacey Lane

Match 2: Brittnie Brooks vs. Madison Maxwell vs. Mazzerati vs. Carolina Cruz vs. Tiffany Nieves

Our first multi-person match of the night. I know Brittnie Brooks’ work from up here and I THINK this is first time I’ve seen her working explicitly heel. It’s kind of delightful. Nieves immediately takes a seat in the front row and wants to let these ladies fight it out themselves….but Thunder Rosa sends her back to the ring?!? this match sure seems like a lot of alphas who want to hog the hard cam. Mazzerati & Cruz have a good scrap after they clear out the overtly mean girls. Nieves gets in there and starts using her opponents as weapons. Every one going for quick pins but there’s always someone to break it up. It becomes a full on slugfest in the center until they all crumble. Brooks up with an Olympic slam on Madison. Big slam from Neives on Cruz. Brooks tries to steal the pin but Madison tosses her and steals it first!

Winner: Madison Maxwell

Match 3: Lexa Valo vs Lili La Pescadita

I JUST saw Valo fight in Rhode Island on Monday and Lili is a constant visitor to our area. Valo has a height advantage for sure but Lili is a damn powerlifter. They grapple for advantage until Lili powers her over with a suplex. Valo tries keeping Lili down on the mat with strikes. Lili tries to elbow free but Valo hits a uranage. Pescadita finally fights her opponent off. Lariats and a big slam for two. She gets Lexa in a fireman’s carry but the eyes get raked and Valo taps Lili out with a vicious choke.

Winner: Lexa Valo

Match 4: Wrestelit Rumble (Christyan XO, Gema, JEM, Jazmyne Hao, Diamond Virago, Kayla Lopez, Raeven Marie, La Spooky & Kolbe Max)

So they announced 9 participants but I’m only seeing 8 in the ring. Did we lose someone? It’s an over the top rope battle royal featuring people I don’t know so I may have to do some research to figure out who didn’t come out. GEM with a nipple attack. No one likes that and everyone throws her out. Music playing….someone else is coming out. It’s Christyan XO. She wanted her own special entrance. She chokeslams a pair of ladies and dumps them out. The commentators could be doing better work on who just got eliminated. XO with another elimination on someone. And another. XO is the only person they’re clearly able to identify. Someone starts chopping down the tree that is XO. And then XO eliminated her. It’s down to XO, Raven Marie and La Spooky (they finally called them out by name). Big clothesline sends Raven to the floor. XO and La Spooky fight to the apron. XO hits a big boot and sends La Spooky to the floor. The commentators owe at least 6 people an apology for this match.

Winner: Christyan XO

Match 5: Lady Bird Monroe vs. Alexis Littlefoot

This was listed as being a Reality of Wrestling Championship match…but Lady Bird doesn’t have her belt so…ok? Monroe with some impressive flips but Littlefoot chops her down with a scissor kick. A backfist almost puts the lights out on Monroe. Monroe driven into the buckles and a stiff ddt gets a two. Littlefoot is having her way with Lady Bird until she gets backpacked out of a sleeper. Hard right hands from Monroe! Powerslam connects and Lady Bird hits a Lionsault for the win.

Winner: Lady Bird Monroe

Match 6: Brittany Blake(c) vs Jai Perez vs Jazzy Yang vs Kristin Blaze (Podermania Women’s Championship)

Blake and Blaze team up at first to deal with Yang and Perez. But the champ gets caught between Yang and Perez. But then that alliance breaks down as soon as someone tries to pin the champ. Kristin crossbodies the arguing pair. Blaze wiped out by Blake and a top rope double stomp to Perez helps Blake retain her championship.

Winner: Brittany Blake

Match 7: Joseline Navarro & Vanity vs. Myka Madrid & Selene Hysteria

One of the commentators ducked out to prep for a match. I don’t know where the other one went. It’s very quiet. No one wants to fight Myka but Selene? They are more than happy to beat the f*** out of her. The commentary is mic is clearly ON? Or maybe it’s the announcer mic? Sound cuts out entirely at one point. Back in the ring, Selene is still getting murdered. It she finally tags Madrid in for some powerful lariats. Madrid gets sent to the floor and Navarro hits a tombstone on Selene for the three. Out of the blue, we have commentary again.

Winners: J oseline Navarro & Vanity

Match 8: Sofia Sivan vs Corinne Joy vs Rachel Ley vs Fallyn Grey

I’ve enjoyed seeing Joy when she makes the trip up north so I have my favorite for this one….but WWE ID talent Fallyn Grey definitely seems like the actual favorite. Handshakes all around. Sivan baits Joy with an extra handshake and the sportsmanship goes out the door. Joy with a cartwheel spear and she takes over the match entirely. Everyone staggered on the floor and Joy dives off the stage at them. Crowd appreciating the Diva for this. Grey finally drops Corinne and works with Ley to punish her for all that winning she was doing. And again, the alliance goes out the door as Grey immediately betrays Ley. Sivan with a sick brain buster to Grey but Joy springs out of the corner to break it up. Ley hits Joy with a moonsault but Fallyn picks her up and hits a sister Abigail for the three, before Sivan can break it up in time.

Winner: Fallyn Grey

Match 9: J-Rod vs. Notorious Mimi

J-Rod is the American Gladiator and her music and gear is ON POINT for that because she IS an American Gladiator. I’m glad Mimi is out here as herself and NOT “Sloan Jacobs”. I guess we all have to get used to that name again? Mimi staggers J Rod early and pummels her with knees in the ropes….and then J Rod catches a crossbody and just starts slamming Mimi around at will. Veda Scott has joined the commentary table and the quality of the call has improved tenfold. Big spine buster and J Rod does pushups on Mimi’s chest for a two count?!? Mimi throwing bows in a torture rack and tries to salvage the W with a rollup. No dice. Mimi throwing big boots in the corner! The crossbody connects! Kick out! A tornado ddt can’t get it done! J Rod hits a German and spears Mimi in half for the three. That was a fun one.

Winner: J-Rod

Match 10: Frankie B & Kingsley vs Laynie Luck & Shazza McKenzie

This is a fun matchup! Frankie & Kingsley attack their opponents from behind! Shazza  left to the wolves as Laynie recovers on the outside. It’s a long two on one heat segment  as Laynie protests ALL of this. Shazza finally hits a rana, gets free and the tag connects! The WWE ID women’s champion comes in hot. Frankie tossed into the knees of Shazza for a two count. Kingsley ejected and Frankie eats a unicutter and stays down for the three.

Winners: Laynie Luck & Shazza McKenzie

Match 11: Lady Leigh vs. Angelica Risk vs. Sirena Veil

I appreciate how fast this show is moving. No wasted space between matches. Risk and Veil have a lot of smack talk for each other…Leigh doesn’t want to feel like the third wheel in this one. This is the good kind of 3-way I like to see. Everyone staying in the ring and it rarely feels like a one on one match. Leigh with a butterfly leg lock but Veil tries to submit Leigh herself. Every time someone looks like they might have an advantage, here comes the third to break things up. Risk dives of Leigh’s back with a codebreaker to veil! Veil eats a huge German as Risk corkscrews off the top to Leigh! Veil, a vampire, goes for a bite on risk …but Leigh pulls her back with a choke against her knee and gets the tap out!

Winner: Lady Leigh

Match 12: Jada Stone vs. Ruthie Jay

Ruthie traps Jada in a headscissor and just does pushups through this. Stone sends her flying but Jay snipes her trying to suicide dive. Slingshot X Factor to Stone but it’s not enough. Ruthie Jay in full control with a headkick and set of suplexes. Stone keeps trying to come back but Jay just slams her back to earth every time. Jada baits her into a slugfest in the center. Jada drops her and hits a split legged moonsault! Kick out! Jay with a northern lights! Ruthie is getting big mad as she hasn’t won yet. Stone with a ddt but Ruthie rolls out. The crowd clearly enjoying this as Jada hits a moonsault to the floor! Jay staggers back into the ring and Stone hits  a handspring stunner for the three! Good stuff.

Winner: Jada Stone

Match 13: Team PWO (Su Yung, Lindsay Snow, Tara Zep, & Mickie Knuckles) vs Hollyhood Haley J (w/ Stormy the dog), Gypsy Mac, Sammi Chaos, & Freya The Slaya (w/ Black Dahlia)

Team PWO attacks before the bell. Gypsy dives out to Su Yung. Lindsay Snow just murdered Haley J. Mickie Knuckles with a northern lights on Freya. This isn’t pretending to be a tag match. This is just a big fight. Zep tries to save Mickie from Freya but gets cannonballed into her partner. Haley goes for a little hide and seek in the crowd. Mickie and Black Dhalia goes face to face. Freya tries to get her from behind but wipes out Dhalia and Knuckles hits a saito on her for the win. This was a bizarrely short match.

Winners: Team PWO

Match 14: Steph De Lander vs. Airica Demia

Airica was recently WWE ID’d…but Steph De Lander doesn’t care. Steph wants a microphone. She talks about how she was on the injured list for Mania week last year. “I am gonna beat this stupid anime b****, uwuuuu”. Ahahahahaha. Steph is full of disrespect for her opponent. Demia hits a palm strike and Steph decides to go for a walk. Demia gives chase and SDL just beats the heck out of her on the floor instead. Huge toss and an easy cover but Airica kicks out. Demia start landing kicks. Sole food! Straight jacket neckbreaker! Steph catches Demia running with a spear. This is clearly more fight than De Lander expected. Airica stuns her with a hard right! She traps her head in the buckle and anime punches SDL for a two. Steph De Lander finally takes this seriously and hits Airica Demia with a F5 and that’s the game.

Winner: Steph De Lander

Match 15: Violent Romance (Nixon Newell & Miranda Alize) vs. Ray Lyn & Alejandra Quintanilla

Alize and Quintanilla with a great sequence of lucha armdrags. Nixon and Ray want a shot at each other. They trade powerful shoulders and mock each other. Nixon sent to the buckles and Ray gets a stink face in there. Violent Romance might be a named unit but Lyn & Quintanilla are a very fun tandem themselves. Quintanilla gets isolated in the corner and Ray Lyn keeps protesting. Which just makes things worse for her partner. Nixon with a PK, showing an extra aggressive side to her. Alejandra with a boot and makes the tag! Ray Lyn unloads heavy kicks on Newell! Big sweep, a double knee….kick out! Alize with a ripcord knee! Everyone’s down! Ray Lyn gets isolated after Quintanilla eats a pair of superkicks. Alize with a cutter and a shining wizard from Newell keeps Lyn down for the three!

Winners: Violent Romance

Match 16:  Jazmin Allure (c) vs. La Rosa Negra vs. Izzy Moreno (Special Guest Ref Jazz) (Ladies Night Out Championship Match)

La Rosa immediately gets on Jazz’s bad side, trying to grab the LNO title belt out of her hands. Izzy getting beat up by both of the other ladies. Rosa can’t stop running her mouth at Jazz. Izzy crashes into her. Jazz is getting SICK OF THIS. After getting murdered the whole match, Izzy finally tower of dooms her opponents. Cross body off the second! Jazmin hasn’t felt like a factor in much of this match at all….but she gets out of the way of a big splash, tosses La Rosa….she goes after Izzy, who collides with Jazz. Izzy gets the rollup but  Jazz won’t make the count. What??? Izzy is shocked! Jazmin with a gut kick and a page turner variation for the win!

Winner: Jazmin Allure

Main Event: Thunder Rosa vs. Vertvixen

Some quick graps before they trade heavy chops. Rosa with a diving slide through the middle rope but Vertvixen just boots her in the face. Sunset flip off the corner for two! Vertvixen with a sitout slam for two! Ross stuck in the tree of woe! Baseball slide for two! V keeps trying that pin. Rosa rallying with clotheslines! Big pendulum double knee! Basement dropkick! Kick out! Vertvixen snatches Rosa out of the air with a blue Thunder bomb! She’s none too thrilled with the ref when it doesn’t get the three. Both trying for the pin. V eats a rolling dvd for two! Trading forearms! Rosa rolls through…double stomp and snatches a quick choke…Vertvixen quickly taps out!

WinnerThunder Rosa
