*Chris Jericho, calling himself the King of New York, cut a promo in the ring saying Matt Cardona had the audacity to assault him and accost his hat. He said if Cardona was here right now, Jericho would take him out. Cardona came to the ring. He asked Jericho what he would do. He said he's ready for the biggest chance of his life and has spent 5 years re-inventing himself and is the King of the Indies, the Death Match King and if anyone is the King of NY, it's him. He's going to prove himself and beat Jericho for the belt. Jericho said he's a bigger star than he's ever been but slapped him. Cardona slapped him back. Bryan Keith attacked Cardona, leaving him open to be jumped from behind by Jericho. Jericho whipped him with the ROH title belt. Bryan Keith punched him with a belt buckle wrapped around his fist. They left Cardona laying.
