Bryan Danielson has filed for a trademark on his old WWE standard chant "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
The trademark filing is for goods and services in the realms of "Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Production of podcasts; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Television show production; Media production services, namely, video and film production; Entertainment services in the nature of a wrestling club; Production of music; Provision of information relating to television, motion picture film, audio and radio production; Television, video and movie filming services."
Danielson filed for the trademark on 7/29. He had downplayed using the "Yes" chant after exiting WWE but now, several years later, has applied for the trademark.
At one point in 2014, The Yes chant took on a life of its own and spread across all sorts of sporting and public events.
