Rollins was diagnosed with a Grade 2 MCL tear and partially torn meniscus in his left knee in January, taking time off and was eventually cleared to return to the ring in the run up to Wrestlemania 40.
Rollins has not appeared since assisting Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 40. Rollins also worked two matches that weekend, a 45 minute tag team bout against Roman Reigns and The Rock on Night One before losing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Drew McIntyre on Night Two.
There is no word how long he will be out of action.
