Impact Wrestling Champion Alex Shelley suffered what has been described to PWInsider.com by Impact sources as an extremely pulled muscle in his calf.
Shelley was at tonight's PPV taping in Newscastle, UK but was not able to compete. We are told he was noticeably hurting.
Impact sources stated the company will monitor Shelley, described as "banged up" for the remainder of the tour.
