The family of legendary women's professional wrestler Joyce Grable announced this evening that she has passed away. Grable had just entered hospice care.
Grable, 70, held the NWA Women's Tag Team Championship with Wendi Richter and Vicki Williams as well as the United States Tag Team Championship over the course of her career, wrestling from 1971 through 1991, working for the WWWF, the NWA, WWC in Puerto Rico and Stampede Wrestling, among other promotions and territories.
