WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was apprehended last night at 10:05 PM at a Florida hotel.
Sytch was slated for an appearance this morning in Volusia County Court, but we have not confirmed that she has gone before a judge as of this writing.
Prosecutors intend to pursue to DUI Manslaughter charge as a second degree felony. The charge of driving with a suspended of revoked license, resulting in death or serious injury is a third-degree felony as well. The remaining charges are misdemeanors.
Sytch is still currently listed as incarcerated and would have to put up a $227,500 bond in order to be released.
