The Ormond Beach Police Department's report on the 3/25 traffic fatality incident involving WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch notes that two different witnesses to the crash reported Sytch's car traveling at a "high rate of speed" before crashing into a stopped vehicle after Sytch failed to stop. The driver of that vehicle then crashed into a third vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle passed away after being rushed to the hospital. The driver and passengers of the third vehicle were not hospitalized but all complained of neck, back, side and head injuries. All three cars involved were towed from the scene.
Since we have been asked about this, Sytch has not been arrested and has posted in recent days since the incident on her Facebook page, including writing a tribute to the late Chris Candido on 4/1. Sytch has not publicly commented on the incident.
Six hours before the traffic incident, Sytch posted the following on Twitter:
Well assholes since my name has been towards the top of the kill list for the past 20 years, and I’m still fucking alive, shit, my autograph is worth more now so once I do croak you can sell it for a lot more money?! Come see me out at a signing pic.twitter.com/sZ1uHZ5XHY

The driver and passengers in the third vehicle suffered injuries, but were not transported to the hospital.
The Ormond Beach Police Department Traffic Unit is actively investigating the crash. The investigation may lead to criminal charges, which are pending toxicology results. OBPD has requested an expedited timeframe on the processing of these samples and the results will be made available as soon as the department receives them.
“Our hearts go out to the Lasseter family that lost their loved one in such a tragic event” said Ormond Beach Police Chief, Jesse Godfrey. “Our goal at the Ormond Beach Police Department is to keep city roadways safe, so if you see a vehicle operating in a manner that leads you to believe the driver may be impaired, please don’t hesitate to call 911. You may just save someone’s life.”
