My favorite exchange with Jon ever is from this match in the family friendly CHIKARA ring, an old cut on Brodie’s head started bleeding.

Him: F**k, f**k!
Me: Okay. First of all, stop cursing.
Him: I have to be at work in a school tomorrow morning!https://t.co/dGWVMm7GP7
We lost a good one today. I’m deeply saddened to hear of the passing of a friend, colleague, husband, father and an incredible person. My heart goes out to his family, wife and kids. Rest In Peace my friend. pic.twitter.com/mHJ6ddgwWU

I hope you all get to know someone like Jon. He was the biggest family man & someone who made me laugh daily. I’ll miss him every day for the rest of my life. I love you, Brodie, and I thank you so much for loving me.

Jon used to tell people he played offensive tackle at Notre Dame & blocked for Tony Rice in the ‘80s. Just to pop himself. And me.
— Florida Man (@WWEBigE) December 27, 2020
He got a Cameo from Sinbad. And that also popped me. pic.twitter.com/DWbIwBsyRT

This is a tough one.... it hurts. incredible storyteller, talent, but most of all, incredible human being. The Pride of Rochester....and he LOVED putting it on the map. Proud FATHER and great man. His convos with @SamiZayn on the bus in Europe were things of comedy gold. ?? https://t.co/qd1lHqFDpN

We worked at WWE at different times but we exchanged hellos and a nod of mutual respect when I met him backstage. Even though we didn’t know each other well, the loss is still felt as one from the family, a contributor to our industry, a fellow parent is gone. #ripbrodielee pic.twitter.com/r2Z6rWJdaj

My heart sank when I found out the news.. Brodie & I would always have Flex-off competitions on live shows & he always was super proud when his wife and kids were in attendance!! A true Human but now a forever angel! #RipBrodieLee

Brodie Lee always had a warm, friendly smile on his face. From the day i first met him when I was 18 to the last time i seen him around a year ago at the PC, i always remember him smiling. He was a genuine, good hearted man. Condolences to his family. #RipBrodieLee

He was a joy and great to be in the ring with, but it doesn’t compare to him as a family man and anyone who knew him knew he was all about his wife and boys. The world lost a great one today. This one hurts bad. #RIPBrodieLee ??

This is all a grotesque nightmare on a scale none of us can possibly comprehend, this year has done nothing but take and I think we are all empty, tired and drained. Sleep well my friend, thank you so much for the road trips and the advice through the years. You were golden.

Huber was formerly known as Luke Harper during his time with WWE, a member of The Wyatt Family. In AEW, for which he debuted earlier this year, Huber was revealed as the leader of The Dark Order.
This is a breaking story and we will have more as soon as possible, including a look at Huber's career.
Our deepest condolences to the Huber's family, friends and fans.
