On 9/22, all sides involved in the Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Entertainment vs. Anthem Wrestling lawsuit were advised by The United States District Court of The Middle District of Tennessee that the court would not be in a position to reschedule their canceled settlement conference hearing.
The court implored the two sides to sit down independently of a hearing to potentially negotiate a settlement on their own.
The original hearing was canceled due to the death of United States District Judge Pamela Reeves, leading to Nashville courtrooms shutting down for several weeks out of respect for her passing.
