According to the Standard's report, Sytch was pulled over by a patrol car after entering a Wal-Mart parking lot at 1:32 AM while entering the "exit for the store and hitting a curb." Sytch failed field sobriety testing and a blood test later showed a blood alcohol content of .253 percent.
PWInsider.com can also report that in addition to DUI, Sytch was charged with driving with a suspended license and careless driving.
Sytch did not list her wrestling connection in the arrest report, but the Standard was able to connect her via information available online publicly.
Following a string of arrests in late 2012 and early 2013, WWE, which had put Sytch through several attempted rehabilitation stays via their Wellness Policy, opted to cut Sytch off from further services. After Sytch publicly discussed the decision during a DVD interview with Kayfabe Commentaries, WWE issued the following statement to PWInsider:
"As part of the Former Talent Rehabilitation Program, WWE has sent Ms. Sytch to rehabilitation numerous times, with all costs covered by WWE. Unfortunately, Ms. Sytch has continued to make poor personal choices and is ultimately responsible for the consequences of these decisions. WWE has always provided rehabilitation at a certified treatment center; however, given Ms. Sytch’s inability to change her lifestyle and successfully complete treatment, WWE will no longer fund her rehabilitation."
