The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega will be appearing on Dynamite in pre-taped segments tonight. Given that the show is in Chicago, having them not appear right after CM Punk's return to his home market is probably a smart choice.
For those who have asked about a promo where Jeff Jarrett stated that if he lost to Mark Briscoe on Dynamite, he would be gone from AEW, that is not the direction or stipulation tonight. There was a promo that was put out and later pulled and the best I can gather is that Jarrett did several different promos just spitballing and the incorrect one was released before being yanked from yesterday's Road to Dynamite YouTube video. There was never ever plans for the Concession Stand Brawl to carry that stipulation.
I am under the impression that the announced Blind Draw Tag Team Tournament will not be commencing tonight, but that some of the draws will be announced on Dynamite.
There are a number of New Japan talents in the States. I have heard Tomohiro Ishii is among them.
