The WWE NXT crew returned to Orlando, Florida this morning, so if you were wondering if anyone from the brand who was on Battleground was slated for tonight's Raw, we are told that is not the case.
NXT officials were absolutely thrilled with the show last night, with some feeling it was the best NXT "milestone" event in some time. One source we spoke to felt it was "worlds ahead" of their Wrestlemania weekend broadcast.
There was no post-Battleground media call with Shawn Michaels last night, partially because so much of the company's PR side was involving with Night of Champions and would have been returning from Saudi Arabia the same day.
Jakara Jackson, who made her TV debut last night, is a 28 year old talent originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was recruited to the company from the fitness world and has made appearances on Level Up in the past. She is a former Miss Bikini in New Mexico.
