A graphic being used on international WWE social media accounts features the following talents as included on tonight's Men's Royal Rumble match:

-Johnny Gargano
-Otis
-Chad Gable
-Madcap Moss
-Montez Ford
-Angelo Dawkins
-Damian Priest
-Finn Balor
PWInsider.com has confirmed Gargano is indeed in San Antonio, so if he competes, it is his return from the shoulder injury he suffered several weeks back.
The graphic did not include Xavier Woods, who was implied as competing on last night's Royal Rumble.
If Xavier is not part of the bout, that would leave the following talents official: Kofi Kingston, Seth Rollins, Bobby Lashley, Austin Theory, Ricochet, Santos Escobar, Cody Rhodes, Omos, Rey Mysterio, GUNTHER, Baron Corbin, Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Karrion Kross, Dominik Mysterio, The Miz, Brock Lesnar.
If WWE's social media post is listing a correct lineup, that would leave 4 competitors to be revealed.
