JEFF HARDY UPDATE

There was a hearing yesterday in regard to Jeff Hardy's DUI case in Florida. 

Hardy was represented by his attorney but was not present.

There will be a case management conference in regard to the case on 2/23 at 1:30 PM.

There are several depositions set for next week with police officers involved in the case.
