We are back and Adam Cole is in the ring and he has something to say. For three years, the Undisputed Era has been part of NXT. We have dominated. We have done what we want when we want it. We said we would win every championship and we did. People in the locker room knew if you crossed the Undisputed Era, you were going to pay. Fast forward and the Prophecy ended. Some felt that the Undisputed Era changed and were not the same. People thought they could talk to UE and not have any repurcussions. Nothing has changed. We are the same Undisputed Era that won the first War Games. We are the same Undisputed Era that dominated this brand.
Austin Theory, if you want to run your mouth about Kyle O'Reilly, bring your ass to the ring and try to say it to my face.
Austin Theory comes to the ringside area.
Cole says he will give Theory two options. Option one, you can bring your stupid face through these ropes and fight me in the ring. Option two is that you stay there and the Undisputed Era takes care of you and you will wish you took option one.
Theory comes into the ring and we have a match.
Match Number Five: Adam Cole versus Austin Theory
Cole with chops and forearms followed by kicks to Theory. Cole with a knee and a boot to the head. Cole with a neck breaker. Theory goes to the floor and tells Cole to come after him. Cole with a bicycle kick on the floor. Cole breaks the count and returns to the floor. Theory is sent into the ring steps. Cole sends Theory back into the ring and Cole with an enzuigiri from the floor. Cole with another neck breaker for a near fall. Cole goes for a suplex and hits it. Cole with a kick and a drop kick in the corner. Cole with a reverse chin lock. Theory with punches and forearms but Cole with a back elbow. Cole with a knee to the midsection and he sends Theory into the turnbuckles.
Cole with a forearm in the corner. Theory with an Irish whip and Theory is sent to the apron. Theory with a rolling drop kick for a near fall.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Theory kicks Cole in the corner. Theory with a snap mare and boot to the chest. Theory with a half nelson and chin bar. Theory with a standing moonsault for a near fall. Cole with a bicycle kick. Cole with an enzuigiri and lungblower for a near fall. Cole gets Theory on his shoulders but Theory with elbows. Cole with a bicycle kick and Ushigoroshi for a near fall. Cole kicks Theory and goes to the turnbuckles. Cole goes for Panama Sunrise but Theory counters iwth a back drop. Theory with Three Seconds Around the World for a near fall.
Theory wtih a forearm and Cole fires back. They go back and forth as they get back to their feet. Theory with forearms and Cole with forearms. Theory with a back elbow but Cole with a super kick. Theory drops Cole on the top rope and Theory goes for a rolling move but Cole with a super kick and Ushigoroshi. Cole with the Last Shot for the three count.
Winner: Adam Cole
After the match, Cole says Kyle was born ready and on Sunday he will shock the world, but Kyle won't shock him.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Sarah is with Io Shirai and Damian Priest. She asks how confident they are tonight. Damian says they are keeping their titles on Sunday. Tonight is a preview. The rockstars of NXT are going to take care of business. Io Shirai speaks in Japanese and Damian is impressed. Io says he is not too bad.
Match Number Six: Kayden Cross (with Kacy Catanzaro) versus Xia Li
They lock up and Li with a rollup and they alternate near falls. Li with a leg sweep and cover and Carter does the same. Carter with a waist lock and Li with a standing switch. Carter with a standing switch. Carter with an O'Connor Roll for a near fall. Carter with a springboard drop kick for a near fall. Li trips Carter and spins her around and hits a forearm. Li pulls Carter off the apron to the floor. Li kicks Carter when Kayden returns to the ring. Li gets a near fall. They lock up and Li with knees and a back heel kick. Li gets a near fall. Li gets another near fall and even more near falls.
Carter with a punch but Li blocks a kick. Carter sends Li into the turnbuckles. Carter with chops and forearms. Li with a rollup but Carter escapes and hits a thrust kick for a near fall. Li with a sunset flip for a near fall but Carter with a rollup for the three count.
Winner: Kayden Carter
After the match Carter offers her hand and then pulls Li up from the corner. Li pushes Carter down and then pushes Catanzaro away and leaves the ring.

We are back and Shawn Michaels is in the ring with a table and the title belt. He brings them both into the ring and he offers to have them shake hands and they do.
Finn says he wants to congratulate Kyle for winning the gauntlet. He respects him and is looking forward to the match on Sunday.. Kyle says the feeling is mutual and he is looking forward to the match. Shawn says that FInn has said we are seeing the best Finn Balor, but you are facing the best kept secret in NXT and WWE. How do you prepare for Kyle. Finn says he does not think Kyle is a secret. For a fringe fan, he might be a secret. Finn says he knows how good Kyle is. He has proven himself as a tag team competitor. You have proven yourself as a singles competitor all over the world.
Kyle says he is a fan of Finn. You are stroking your ego because you think you can win. That is what a fighting champion does. He defends the title when defeat is certain. This is certain defeat. Finn says he is not certain if Kyle will show up with Undisputed Era or will he show up like a man by himself. Kyle says one hand has washed the other in Undisputed Era. Sunday is not about Undisputed Era. Sunday is about Kyle O'Reilly and Kyle's moment.
Shawn asks about problems with the Undisputed Era if Kyle wins. Kyle says this nonexistent power struggle is funny. Grimes might have had a point that he is nothing like Adam Cole. Adam is a beautiful man and look at me. My ears are not the same and I have freckles. Finn threatens to slap those freckles off. Kyle says he does not want Finn making any excuses when he wins. Finn says he has been proving himself for twenty years. Kyle says big whoop, I have been doing this for fifteen years. It is not the biggest of my career on Sunday, it is the biggest moment of Kyle O'Reilly's life.
Finn says the whoop is understanding the difference between a main event that lasts one night but is life altering for everyone who sees it. Kyle says it is your first title defense and no one loses their first title defense. Kyle says he ain't the underdog. You haven't been in the ring with me or anyone like me. The sound of knee caps exploding gets people thinking. A tag team specialist will win on Sunday.
Finn says Kyle is witty and has charisma. You are good in the ring and you have everything to be champion and you would win if you are going to face anyone but Finn Balor.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Seven: Io Shirai and Damian Priest versus Candica LeRae and Johnny Gargano
All four battle in the ring before the bell rings and Gargano and LeRae go to the floor.
The match starts and Gargano with punches as he avoids kicks from Priest. Priest sends Gargano into the corner but Gargano with punches. Priest misses a boot and back fist but Priest with a boot and punches in the corner. Priest with an Irish whip and side slam. Gargano goes into the corner and Candice gives Johnny some advice but Io tags in. They have some words and Candice slaps Io and they exchange punches. Candice with a knee and she sends Io into the turnbuckles. Io goes to the apron and kicks Candice. Io leaps over Candice and Io with a waist lock but Candice blocks the German suplex attempt. Candice with a near fall.
Io with a flapjack and drop kick to the ribs. Johnny gets in the way of a move by Io and Priest gets in the ring too. Priest kicks Johnny and Priest with an elbow to Gargano. Io with a double knee strike to Candice. Johnny and Candice go to the floor. Io gets on Priest's shoulders and hits a splash onto Candice and Johnny. Io kicks Candice when they get back into the ring. Io with boots in the corner. Johnny takes the impact of a Tiger Feint Kick by Candice. Candice with a neck breaker to Io and gets a near fall. Candice with an elbow to the back. Candice picks up Io and puts her in the corner. Candice with a snap mare and rear chin lock.
Candice with a rollup and kick to keep Io from making the tag. Candice gets a near fall. Candice works on the neck. Io slaps Candice and hits a German suplex. Priest tags in and he punches Gargano a few times. Priest with a round kick to the head followed by a clothesline. Priest with an elbow in the corner followed by a Broken Arrow for a near fall. Gargano escapes a Razor's Edge and Gargano with a tornado DDT. Gargano misses a kick but Priest does not miss. Gargano with an enzuigiri and Io tags in and she hits a springboard drop kick to Gargano followed by shoulder tackles to Candice.
Candice misses an enzuigiri and Io applies a crossface. Johnny pulls Io off Candice. Gargano escapes a choke slam and kicks Priest. Io kicks Gargano and Candice with a rollup for a near fall. Candice sends Io face first into the mat and hits a back senton off Io's back. Candice misses a quebrada and Io with a butterfly back breaker and Io goes up top for a moonsault and Johnny rolls Candice out of the way. Priest boxes the ears and kicks Gargano in the head. Io with a moonsault onto Gargano and she tags in Priest. Priest goes for Reckoning and Candice with a kick to the ding ding.
Io kicks Candice while Johnny hits the slingshot DDT for the three count.
Winners; Los Garganos
After the match, Candice gives Io a lungblower while Io argues with Gargano.
Johnny grabs both title belts and he gets on his knee to offer the Women's Title to Candice.
