CBS News in New York City has confirmed that Zachary Madsen, the individual accused of attacking WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart is currently being held at the 78th Precinct in Brooklyn, NY.
Madsen has been charged with two counts of assault as well as trespassing.
CBS is reporting a security guard received minor injuries in the melee, sparked when Madsen charged into the wrestling ring being used for the Hall's acceptance speeches and tackled Hart.
A number of pro wrestling personalities including The New Day, Curtix Axel, Heath Slater, Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Ronda Rousey's husband Travis Browne descended upon Madsen within seconds.
