Any update on the guy who attacked Seth Rollins?
He is supposed to have a court date in Brooklyn, NY but court records have not yet been updated to reflect when.
Did we ever find out the official title for Brian Gewirtz's book?
Yes. There's Just One Problem: Inside the WWE with Demented-but-True Stories of Mayhem, Metal Chairs, and Major Insanity.
I'm watching an old WWE Steve Austin DVD featuring Austin & Brian Pillman taking on Rick Steamboat & Shane Douglas, but Steamboat and Douglas are under masks, which makes zero sense since their opponents know who they are wrestling! What was the storyline behind Steamboat and Douglas wearing all red outfits with masks?
The storyline was that Steamboat and Douglas had dressed as 'Los Dos Hombres" in order to get another shot at the Tag Team titles after The Blondes refused to grant them another. After defeating the Blondes while masked as the Hombres, they kept the masks on for inspiration. Really, that's what they claimed. In reality, Shane Douglas was out injured and was just about to leave the company, so Tom Zenk was under the mask. It was pretty hokey and a very anticlimatic end to what had been a great feud.
I was wondering how Nick Khan is seen within WWE? It seems like he's gotten way more power than anyone before him, so is he a made man there?
It all depends on who you are asking. Obviously, he's well liked by Vince McMahon. He's also well liked by the staff that he's brought in to work under him. There are many, however, who have told us that the company is no longer the same under Khan and some even joke it's no longer Vince McMahon's kingdom, but Khan's instead. Since a lot of long-standing employees have been cut or lost power, he's the one who has been blamed by those unhappy with the changes.
As far as whether he is a made man, let's be honest - no one trulya made man within WWE except Vince McMahon himself. After all, Vince is the one who once declared WWE wasn't a family business when Shane McMahon exited years ago. If Khan can't deliver what Vince McMahon wants, such as much larger TV rights deals and new, lucrative revenue streams, Khan could disappear quicker than you can say George Barrios five times fast. Khan holds the crown and the power currently, but as we've seen with everyone from Michelle Wilson to Paul Levesque, that can shift quickly.
If Khan delivers on transforming the company into something that can build its intellectual properties into Hollywood gold in a similar vein to Marvel, he'll be around a long time. If he can't, Vince McMahon will eventually get disenchanted. We've seen that play out many times before.
Why hasn't Kurt Angle returned to the ring?
Thus far, he doesn't want to. AEW and Impact Wrestling have each reached out to see if Angle was interested, but thus far, he hasn't been interested in doing matches.
Whatever happened to the rumored AEW-DC Comics alliance?
I believe something is still slated for the future, but haven't heard anything definitive.
Where is Ken Kennedy?
Minneapolis, where he trains talents and still does some independent wrestling.
