Dave Bautista, who was directly responsible for WWE signing Titus O'Neil wrote on Twitter that he called O'Neil today and told him to ask WWE to release him from his contract.
Titus O'Neil has not responded publicly to his suspension, but did retweet the following from WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley:
Hang in there @TitusONeilWWE - I feel in my heart that something good will come out of this.

The New York Post, citing our report, covered the Titus O'Neil suspension and noted that some fans were claiming that Vince McMahon was racist for suspending O'Neil. at this link. I don't think racism had anything to do with the decision.
O'Neil, meanwhile, was in Las Vegas today to film an episode of Animal Planet's "Tanked", as seen by his postings on Instagram:
