WWE NXT RELEASE UPDATES

Oscar Vasquez, a 31 year old luchador who had previously performed under a mask as Magno in Lucha Libre USA, TNA and Ring of Honor was also released today by WWE NXT. Vasquez was signed in October 2015 by the company but hadn't appeared on any live events until last month.

British talent Pete Howard, who came to be signed after a professional ruby career in April 2015, was also released today. I don't believe he made any TV appearances beyond a quick cameo in a battle royal.

As previously noted on PWInsider.com, Bull Dempsey, Sylvester Lefort and Marcus Louis were also NXT departures today.
