Obviously, things are continuing to slowly progress in the relationship between WWE and EVOLVE's parent company WWNLive.com. We are told that conversations to have talents on 1/23 started only a week ago and were finalized the same day the announcements were made. WWE made the decision to have the appearances as a way to help EVOLVE out. EVOLVE officials are very excited about the appearances since it's the first time the NXT talents have ever appeared in an independent setting and having someone of Regal's stature at the show brings them additonal credibility.
Another plus for EVOLVE is that with the announcement, they also saw a number of wrestlers sign up for their pre-show training seminar that weekend as the message is becoming clearer that a way into WWE developmental could be through the WWNLive promotions.
WWN is running a special deal where if fans pre-order their three Royal Rumble weekend iPPV events, they will also get to pick two previous DGUSA, EVOLVE or WWN Supershow iPPVs to watch via VOD for free. For more details, visit www.DGUSA.tv.
