Is this the time for TNA to do a complete reboot of their product? New Year, new channel, new champion, lots of people gone, they could try and take things in a whole new direction. The problem is where do they go? They seemed to be going great guns in the pre-Hogan days, but have now backslid terribly (and I say this as a fan of theirs). What do you feel they can do?
I think part of TNA’s problems have come from all of the previous reboots, and being the next great thing. To me, it makes more sense to not build unrealistic expectations. I think that they need to focus on building a base and building off of that. There are no magic pills that they can take to make things suddenly better.
If WWE and Vince really wanted to freshen up Smackdown when it moves to USA Network they have made Renee Young the color commentator. What do you think of that idea?
I have never heard her do color on a regular basis, so I don’t know how she would do. I definitely like her in her current role, no doubt. I have always thought that the color person should be someone that has taken bumps.
What do AJ Styles and Moose get out of wearing gloves to wrestle? Is it just as simple as personal preference?
They like wearing them. If you go to a gym or watch a football game, some guys like wearing gloves because it gives them a better grip. My guess is AJ and Moose feel the same way.
How much of the Royal Rumble is predetermined? I know the winner is but do the wrestlers have a say at when they enter and how long they stay in the Rumble?
The whole thing is laid out beforehand.
A few questions about the Divas division:Â Why do they need Ric Flair to be involved? Not like Paige and Charlotte can't get over on their own. And why does Charlotte need to turn heel? Doesn't the division NEED straight babyfaces?
I would love to answer these questions but I don’t have any, other than Vince McMahon just doesn’t understand how to book the ladies.
