As of this writing, there are several TV episodes from Stu Hart's Stampede Wrestling, one from 11/12/78 with The Harts vs. The Castillos and several from 1979, including a 6/15/79 episode featuring Bret Hart vs. Jim Neidhart. Stampede was formed in the late 1940s from the patriarch of the Hart Family, Stu and ran (with several breaks) in different incarnations through 1990.
The Network has also added material billed as the Global Wrestling Federation, which are actually TV episodes from the time period Jerry Jarrett was running Texas under the USWA. The USWA name replaced World Class Championship Wrestling as the name of the promotion in late 1989 as part of a storyline where Eric Embry had fought off Skandar Akbar's Devastation, Inc. and later became the initials for the Memphis territory (remaining the name of that promotion until it closed down in the mid 1990s).
According to Jarrett's 2011 autobiography The Best of Times, he came into the territory, buying 60% from Kerry and Kevin Von Erich in 1989 and left when the brothers balked on their end of the deal. When the Von Erichs shut down, Jarrett returns to the area, partnering with Max Andrews before pulling out. Andrews then partnered with Joe Pedicino, which led to the GWF era on ESPN that is most remembered.
The 1990 and 1991 "USWA Main Events" TV episodes feature material with Steve Austin, Jerry Lawler, Dr. Tom Prichard, Jeff Jarrett and more. Whether WWE just owns the Jarrett era or the entire GWF run through 1994 is unknown.
WWE Network has continued to add additional episodes of SMW, Mid-South, World Class Championship Wrestling and NWA World Championship Wrestling as well.
