MAN SHOT OUTSIDE WWE PERFORMANCE CENTER TO STAND TRIAL THIS FEBRUARY, VIDEO OF INCIDENT RELEASED

WESH TV in Orlando featured an update on Armando Alejandro Montalvo, the fan who was shot outside the WWE Performance Center this past August after he charged police officers who were called to the scene after Montalvo returned to the PC and acted out after the company had secured a restraining order against him after he had allegedly trespassed and vandalized the PC.

Montalvo, who is out of the hospital and has bonded out of jail, has plead not guilty to charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and trespassing. A trial is slated for February 2016.

The WESH-TV featured video, shot from inside the Performance Center on a cell phone, features Montalvo acting out as if he is a wrestling performer while banging on the doors and demanding to be trained:
