ADR’S RETURN, WHY YOU CAN ONLY SEE PPVS ON THE WWE NETWORK, LOGIC HOLES AND MORE

Why does the WWE consistently lie to its fans about the PPV's ONLY being available on the network when clearly that is not the case?

Because that is where they want you to buy their shows. It’s their air time so they use it in the way that best benefits their business. They want to grow their Network, so they push the PPV aspect of it.

With the wrestlers on a fixed salary, why do they care if they win or not if they are all getting paid either way?

The more popular they get, the more they make in bonuses and other opportunities. Plus, it gives them more leverage when their contract expires.

I understand that modern roller derby is still quite under the radar, but it has started a cult following.  One of the more popular leagues in Women's Flat Track Derby Association are the B.ay A.rea. D.erby Girls, also known as B.A.D.  WWE now has a women's stable named Beautiful and Dangerous.  Both are cute and clever, and I wouldn't have thought anything more of the correlation until I saw some merchandise from Team B.A.D.  In your opinion, do you believe this is "great minds think alike," or someone from WWE marketing getting "inspired" when they saw the roller derby logo?

I honest can’t say either way. But Team Bad isn’t exactly a great name for a group, IMO.

I know you guys have been vocal (and spot on) about the lack of logic and lazy writing and continuity lately on WWE programming.  That being said, I was watching one of the Legends Roundtables (Defining Moments) and they showed the Vince promo/commercial at the beginning of the Attitude area and made the comment that fans were, “quite frankly tired of having their intelligence insulted.”   With that, I watch Raw tonight where Charlotte and Becky are yelling at Paige stating that if they find out that she was the one who attacked Natalya that they were through with her.  Well, this attack happened 3 weeks ago!!! Is she in a coma and unable to talk or tell anyone?  The laziness of this writing is mind boggling and yes, my intelligence was insulted so much I changed the channel.  Hard to believe WWE has fallen so far from that mantra of 15 years ago. So, my question is this, have you guys heard of anyone at anytime calling B.S. on these scripts when they land, even once?  The last person I can remember that pushed back at all was CM Punk.  I see this crap play out and can’t imagine, why, say a Charlotte wouldn’t point out the logic gap and propose an inserted line such as, “Natalya won’t fess up as to who attacked her because she wants to deal with them herself.”

CM Punk sure did, a lot. But for the most part, the talents know that they are going against Vince McMahon when they do that and discretion becomes the better part of valor.

For months there've been complaints about WWE not developing new talent as well as John Cena not putting over new talent.  So how is it that the return of Alberto Del Rio can be a good thing and his victory at HIAC be seen as good?  I appreciate Del Rio's work, but he's hardly a young up and coming star.  Cena's lost to him before.  Compound that with the comments Del Rio made about WWE while fired then he comes back, gets a clean win over Cena then gets another clean win over Neville, how is this not just a new twist on the same old that has been lamented by many smarks?

In a nutshell, being away allowed him to not be booked poorly like so many other guys on the roster. So he got to come back fresh and hot, and garner a win, which was something people weren’t expected and hadn’t seen recently. That isn’t to say it wouldn’t have been cool to see a younger talent, say Cesaro, get the rub with the win, but ADR winning was pretty cool as well.
