WHY WWE SIGNED SO MANY TOUGH ENOUGH COMPETITORS, GOLDBERG VS. CENA, BARON CORBIN AND MORE

So I started thinking "the WWE is petty enough to keep the belt on Nikki despite her being a horrible champion so she could beat AJ's record. What are the odds they are going to keep the belt on Seth long enough for him to beat Punk's record? This of course is the same company that put a belt on Randy Orton so he could beat Brock's Youngest Champ record, so I wouldn't put this past them.

If Rollins' title reign surpasses Punk's, I suppose you will have answered your own question. I don't think WWE is that concerned about the record, however.

Any chance Goldberg answers the U.S. title Open Challenge at Hell in A Cell?

My guess is that isn't very likely!

I have really been enjoying Baron Corbin in NXT. What's his background?

Corbin, 31, is a former offensive lineman for the Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals as well as former Golden Gloves champion.

So WWE has signed a ton of Tough Enough competitors....which makes me ask what was the point of the show? Half the cast got signed!

Yes, but only two of them got six figure contracts. The rest are coming in at the ground level. I don't blame WWE for signing the others. There were quite a few who showed promise and they all had national TV exposure. If you look at it from a WWE perspective, why expose them and then let someone else sign them?

If you had to pick one NWA/WCW show to watch on the WWE Network to start following the promotion, what would it be?

I'd go with the first Clash of Champions. There's a lot of great PPVs but the Clash has a ton of great wrestling on it and really emphasizes what was great about Jim Crockett Promotions. It's also a great starting off point for following along with the other Clashes and PPVs that follow.
