What is truly the breaking point for Vince to just say "here you go Paul"?

When he absolutely, positively has no other choice. It would take a debilitating illness, NBC Universal saying they will only renew the TV deal if Vince eradicates himself from the process, something like that.

With the difference in fan reactions between the NXT product and the main roster, is it apparent that Vince is taking a more hands off approach on NXT creative?

I guess it depends on how you look at it. In the long run, yes. But I think it’s more that NXT books much smarter and more realistically, and the wrestlers work the same way, and thus they get real reactions from fans. People in the crowd of NXT can suspend their disbelief because the presentation is done in a way that it’s not obvious you are watching an entertainment show, while with WWE right now that is exactly how they come across.

I just watched the Daniel Bryan documentary. How long did Ernest "the Cat" Miller work for WWE?

It was a little over two years. He came in at the end of 2002 and was gone in early 2004.

Where is Alex Riley?

He is recovering from knee surgery earlier this year.

Naomi is very athletic and has the tools to have great matches.  However, several of her signature moves, including her finisher, involve the use of her...rear end.  Do you think it's difficult to look at her as a serious competitor when she uses ridiculous moves like this?  Rikishi did it, but his moves were intended for comedic purposes, while Naomi's moves are intended to be taken seriously and used to win matches.

I do. When you put your ass in someone’s face, you come across as a comedy character, not a serious one.
