GANGREL, JOEY RYAN, CALEB KONLEY, JESSE SORENSEN & MORE: PARAGON PRO WRESTLING TV REPORTS

By David C. Hayes on 2015-10-06 08:44:57

It’s 9-26 and Paragon Pro Wrestling returns from Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada!

It is again 6:05 am ET and POP TV intros with AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck”. PPW is next but we learn all about a new game show on POP… but I kind of fell asleep at that.

s always, your announcers for the evening are Todd Kenely and Jeff Akin with Pat Kelley handling our interviews. Before the action, Kelley ‘chats’ with the silent Tyshaun Prince, reminding us that The Cuban Assassin is on the shelf.

Enter Christian Cole and his vaping vaporizer. He entices Prince into discussions.

Match #1: Joey Ryan vs. Wes Brisco.

Wes Brisco gets the early advantage until Joey Ryan uses the ring to his advantage. Brisco overcomes the cheating and manages to block a superkick and roll up the king of sleaze for three.

Winner: Wes Brisco

Match #2: Eric Right vs. Darrin Corbin for the PPW American Championship

Right, and his Granny’s tonic, are pretty evenly matched with Corbin. After seeing a video of Corbin chatting with the belt, we get into it. The champ gets the upper hand until Right takes a shot of the tonic. He goes back for another shot but Corbin slaps on the Ginger Snap and Right doesn’t have a chance, liquid courage or not.

Winner: Darrin Corbin.

Match #3: Mike Santiago with Ethan HD vs. Crash Test Cody

Crash Test Cody puts up a good fight, but ever since Santiago has been teaming with Ethan HD, he just can’t get it together. Cody gets in some offense, but falls prey to Santiago’s driver.

Winner: Mike Santiago

Match #4: Caleb Konley vs. Exile

Caleb starts out strong against the debuting, and MASSIVE, Exile. Konley’s kicks and strikes nail the big man, but the power is just too much. Konley falls prey to Exile after a huge spear. The ex-champ’s woes continue.

Winner: Exile

Match #5: Tyshaun Prince with Christian Cole vs. Gangrel

Christian Cole seems to have motivated the big man, Tyshaun Prince. He started strong against Gangrel. The veteran fought his way through to get some offense on Prince, but Cole provided a distraction allowing Prince to lay Gangrel out with a choking sit down power bomb.

Winner: Tyshaun Prince

See you next week!
