Sytch also has a court date next week in Palmerton, PA (where she currently resides) for a preliminary hearing in regard to two other DUI-related arrests next Wednesday 10/7 at 10:30 AM. At that hearing, she is scheduled to face charges of DUI, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic, and careless driving for arrests that took place on 6/1 and 6/20.
Following a string of arrests in late 2012 and early 2013, WWE, which had put Sytch through several attempted rehabilitation stays via their Wellness Policy, opted to cut Sytch off from further services.
After Sytch publicly discussed WWE's decision during a "Breaking Kayfabe" DVD interview with Kayfabe Commentaries, WWE issued the following statement to PWInsider:
"As part of the Former Talent Rehabilitation Program, WWE has sent Ms. Sytch to rehabilitation numerous times, with all costs covered by WWE. Unfortunately, Ms. Sytch has continued to make poor personal choices and is ultimately responsible for the consequences of these decisions. WWE has always provided rehabilitation at a certified treatment center; however, given Ms. Sytch’s inability to change her lifestyle and successfully complete treatment, WWE will no longer fund her rehabilitation."
