Small venue, sight lines aren't great but it's loud as hell in here. Cool atmosphere.
Big Cass & Enzo defeat Gable & Jordan and BAMF - What better way to open a show than with Enzo's promo? Amazing. Fun match.
Apollo Crews defeats Tye Dillinger - This was much better than Takeover Brooklyn. Both men had a lot of fun with the crowd and each other. Lots of Uhaa chants.
Bull Dempsey defeats Solomon Crowe - less said about this, the better. I just can't get into Crowe. Bull was definitely over though.
Bayley retains her NXT Women's Title over Dana Brooke - Bayley was WAYYY over. It was great to see. Dana obviously was limited but yet another fun match due to Bayley.
They're selling a very nice 11x14 signed of Finn Balor for only $10. Considering how huge he is and soon will be, that's a steal.
After intermission, we had a Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic match so spoilers below
Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder defeat the Vaudevillians. This was probably the best match on this show. So fitting to do this in Austin. All 4 men were awesome in their own way. English took the Shatter Machine for the pinfall.
Emma defeated Carmella. Yeah... about Carmella. Not a highlight reel for the Divas revolution.
Samoa Joe defeated Tyler Breeze. This was an awesome match from a fan perspective. Crowd was red hot for both of them. Back and forth match and then Joe locked on the choke.
Finn Balor retains his NXT Title over Baron Corbin. Everyone came to see Finn. He's a rockstar. Corbin dominated a lot of the match but Finn hit a shotgun dropkick on the outside and then again on the inside to set up the Coup De Grace to send everyone home happy.
Besides the sight lines sucking, I can't recommend an NXT live event enough. It's so refreshing to see basic storytelling and chain wrestling. This was awesome.
