By Mike Johnson on 2015-09-10 16:33:32
Over the last several days, there has been social media chatter about offensive language used on Twitter several years ago by WWE developmental talent Nhooph Al-Areebi (who performs as Jasmin) that included the "n" word and other hateful elements.

WWE issued the following statement to PWInsider.com about the situation: "WWE conducted a thorough investigation and has determined that Nhooph Al-Areebi’s (aka Jasmin) Twitter account was used without her knowledge when she was 16 and 17 years old. Jasmin remains apologetic for any offensive remarks that were made."

Al-Areebi commented, "Unfortunately, I used poor judgment sharing my Twitter account with someone else. I am truly sorry for any offensive remarks that were posted."

Former WWE developmental talent Zahra Schreiber was released several weeks ago after hateful language and imagery was found by fans on her social media from a time period prior to her WWE signing.
