The case was moved to CT on 8/31 and WWE immediately filed to have the case merged with similar cases brought against them by former talents who are now alleging that the company failed to protect them medically when it came to concussions and CTE, among other issues.
WWE has claimed that the former talents are being riled up by an MA-based attorney, Konstantine Kyros (who is representing the majority of them) and has allegedly misled into believing there is a big payday waiting for them, hence all the legal action.
The suits have all been moved to Connecticut as when talents signed their WWE contracts, there was clause declaring that any and all legal issues would be heard in the State where WWE is headquartered.
