As we broke last week in the PWInsider Elite section, WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin is scheduled to be in New York this week for some of the Summerslam festivities.
We are told that Austin is not slated to be at the PPV but will be coming in to for work on some of the other events taking place over the weekend.
2K has a big media event scheduled for later this week to promote the WWE 2K16 videogame release, so my guess is Austin will be a major part of those proceedings given that he is the center of the promotional campaign.
